🍃業態転換と新しい歩みのお知らせ🍃

いつも「和想日々」をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

 このたび 「和想日々 京都」 は、これまでの常設の飲食店(ランチ＆和カフェ）としての営業を2025年11月30日(日)をもちまして一旦お休みさせていただきます。

これまでに培ってきた食の知恵と、お客様の声をもとにした商品づくり・EC展開へと軸を移し、ポップアップレストランという形で期間限定展開してまいります。

お店でお届けしてきた

“和を尊ぶ豊かさ（人と自然、心と食が調和する豊かさ）” を、これからはご自宅でもお楽しみいただけるように──。

和を想う心を大切にした商品を通じて、日々の暮らしにやさしい彩りと温もりをお届けしてまいります。

 販売拠点や新しい情報は、今後、こちらの公式サイトやInstagramにて順次ご案内いたします。

 食や暮らし、そして人の想いがやさしく交わるあたたかな時間を、これからも大切に紡いでまいります。

 これまで「和想日々 京都」に足を運んでくださった皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

常設店舗での営業は一旦お休みとなりますが、「和想日々 京都」の想いは、これからの活動の中でも形を変えて息づいてまいります。

これからも、形を変えながら “和を想う日々” をともに紡いでいけましたら幸いです。

🍃 Announcement: Business Transformation and a New Chapter🍃

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of Wasonichinichi Kyoto.

We would like to inform you that Wasonichinichi Kyoto will temporarily pause its regular restaurant operations as of Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Building on the culinary knowledge we have cultivated and the valuable feedback from our customers,

we will shift our focus to product development and e-commerce, while also offering limited-time pop-up restaurant experiences.

The richness of Japanese traditions that we have shared at our restaurant —

“The beauty of honoring Wa (harmony) — where people, nature, and the heart and food are in balance” —

can now be enjoyed in your own home.

Through products that cherish the spirit of Wa, we aim to bring gentle color and warmth to your everyday life.

Updates on sales locations and new products will be shared gradually via our official website and Instagram.

We will continue to cherish and nurture warm moments where food, daily life, and people’s thoughts gently intertwine.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has visited Wasonichinichi  Kyoto.

While our regular restaurant operations will be on pause, the spirit of Wasonichinichi Kyoto will continue to live on and evolve through our future activities.

We hope you will continue to share in the journey of

“days that honor Wa”, even as it takes new forms.

🥕Notice: Original Art Exhibition🥕

From Monday, December 1 to Wednesday, December 10, 2025,

we will hold an original art exhibition at Wasonichinichi Kyoto, featuring 51+ vegetable sketches

that were originally published alongside my column “Heart- and Body-Friendly Recipes” in the Sunday edition of the Kyoto Shimbun.
